YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY REMAIN OUR TOP PRIORITY
Our private charters are currently operating.
Norway has extended the global travel advice to apply until 15 January 2021 and is maintaining its advice against non-essential travel to all countries apart from those for which an exception has been made.
After careful monitoring of the ever-evolving environment around COVID-19, and following guidance from local and national health organizations, our charters are currently available for domestic residents in Norway.
We follow the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, but are taking additional measures to ensure our cleaning and disinfection process is even more rigorous. Yacht charters are an exclusive and private gathering for small groups, so the risk of infection can be well controlled when all guests participate in good hygiene, cough etiquette and social distancing.
OUR PROCEDURES FOR COVID-19
We are continuously monitoring for updated recommendations and guidelines from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) and will update our processes accordingly.
We have placed several posters on board to remind the guests and crew of the guidelines provided by the FHI which includes good hand hygiene, cough etiquette, and keeping a distance of at least 1 meter. Face masks are recommended where it's not possible to keep distance.
We thoroughly clean and and treat all reusable items onboard including sheets, kitchenware, thermal suits and towels with FHI recommended cleaning solutions and procedures.
All crew are required to use disposable gloves and hand sanitizer.
We have extremely high standards regarding ship cleanliness and ensuring these standards are maintained to the highest degree. We are frequently sanitizing all surfaces throughout the boat.
All guests and crew are required to complete a symptom check prior to coming onboard.
ADJUSTMENTS TO OUR BOOKING POLICIES TO GIVE YOU EXTRA PEACE OF MIND.
If you are affected by coronavirus, quarantine or actions or regulations of Government regarding travel, you can change the date of your charter to any available date within 12 months of the original departure date with no additional fees. Documentation of these circumstances are required via e-mail. The balance will be due in two equal parts, the first being half way between the original start date and the rescheduled start date, and the second being 2 weeks prior to the rescheduled start date.
If you are affected by coronavirus, quarantine or actions or regulations of Government regarding travel, and you choose to cancel your charter rather than defer it to a later date, we will simply retain your deposit and the payment of your balance will no longer be enforced as stated in the booking terms. Documentation of these circumstances are required via e-mail.
