We work directly with travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs and online travel marketplaces to match clients with the right experience and support them throughout—from initial inquiry and trip planning to preparation and their time aboard.
Overview
World Sea Explorers is a Norwegian yacht operator based in Tromsø. We offer small-group cruises and whale watching expeditions from Tromø, and private charters aboard Stella Oceana across Northern Norway, Lofoten and Bergen. We review each intake to understand your company, client markets and products of interest. If there’s a potential fit, we’ll arrange an introductory meeting. If both sides decide to proceed, we’ll prepare a Sales Agreement. After it’s signed, we’ll provide the applicable partner rate schedule, booking and payment instructions, and relevant sales materials. For custom charters, our team will confirm availability, suitability and pricing before you present an itinerary as confirmed.

Meet with our team
We review the information and, if there appears to be a fit, arrange a digital introductory meeting about your clients, the products, expected volume and booking process.

Partnership agreement
If both sides want to proceed, we prepare a sales agreement with the applicable commercial and booking terms.

Receive partner onboarding materials
After the agreement is signed, we provide the applicable partner rate schedule, booking and payment instructions, and relevant sales materials. Submitting the intake form alone does not establish a partnership or provide access to partner rates.
